How to migrate data

Export data from Microsoft Teams
Log in to your Microsoft Teams account, go to Settings > Data Management, and choose "Export Data". Download your contacts, history, and files as CSV or JSON format.

Create Google Meet account

Import to Google Meet
In Google Meet, navigate to Import/Export settings. Select "Import from Microsoft Teams" if available, or upload the CSV files you exported earlier. Map the fields and start the import.
