How to migrate data

Export data from Microsoft Teams
Log in to your Microsoft Teams account, go to Settings > Data Management, and choose "Export Data". Download your contacts, history, and files as CSV or JSON format.

Create Zoom account
Sign up for Zoom (free trial available). Complete the onboarding setup.

Import to Zoom
In Zoom, navigate to Import/Export settings. Select "Import from Microsoft Teams" if available, or upload the CSV files you exported earlier. Map the fields and start the import.
