How to migrate data

Export data from Pipedrive
Log in to your Pipedrive account, go to Settings > Data Management, and choose "Export Data". Download your contacts, history, and files as CSV or JSON format.

Create Freshsales account
Sign up for Freshsales (free trial available). Complete the onboarding setup.

Import to Freshsales
In Freshsales, navigate to Import/Export settings. Select "Import from Pipedrive" if available, or upload the CSV files you exported earlier. Map the fields and start the import.
